- Introduction
The Farm Business Survey (FBS), managed by Promar International, is offering an incentive for farmers who participate in the FBS to refer other farmers to join the survey. Participating in the FBS provides valuable insights and benefits to your farming business. A referring farmer will receive a £200 Amazon voucher for each eligible referral, subject to the terms outlined below.
- Eligibility
- a) The referring farmer must already be an active participant in the Farm Business Survey at the time of making the referral.
b) Employees of Promar International or any affiliated organisations, or contractors working directly on FBS, are not eligible to participate.
c) The referred farmer must be deemed eligible to join the FBS by Promar International. d) The referred farmer must not already be a participant in the FBS.
- Referral Process
- a) Referring farmers will receive an email invitation with a link to an online referral form. b) The online form must be completed with accurate details of the referred farmer.
c) The referred farmer must sign and submit a valid Consent Form to take part in the Farm Business Survey within 4 weeks.
d) The incentive is only payable once Promar has received a valid, signed consent form from the referred farmer.
- Incentive Details
a) The referring farmer will receive a £200 Amazon voucher for each eligible referral.
b) The voucher will be sent via email to the referring farmer within 4 weeks after validation.
c) There is no limit to the number of farmers a participant can refer; a separate £200 voucher will be issued for each successful referral.
d) The referral period closes on 30th April 2025. Any referrals received after this date will not be eligible for the incentive.
- Dispute Resolution
a) Promar will verify all referrals based on the details submitted in the online form and the receipt of a valid consent form.
b) In cases where multiple farmers refer the same individual, the incentive will be awarded to the first referrer based on the timestamp of the completed online form.
c) If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, the referral may be deemed invalid. Promar will attempt to contact the referrer for clarification where possible.
d) If the referred farmer does not sign the consent form or later withdraws from the survey, no voucher will be issued.
e) Promar reserves the right to withhold incentives if fraudulent activity or misuse of the scheme is suspected.
f) Promar’s decision on disputes is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

- General Terms
a) The Amazon voucher is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative rewards.
b) Promar reserves the right to modify or withdraw this incentive at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any changes.
c) By participating in this referral scheme, both the referring and referred farmers agree to these terms and conditions.
d) Personal data collected as part of this scheme will be processed in accordance with Promar International privacy policy and GDPR regulations. [Link]
